Hello everyone! Friday I picked up my copy of Resident Evil 5 and the guide to go along with it. It had some nice artwork and whenever you buy the game and guide together you get a bit of a discount. There's a new guy at my GameStop, he seems to be okay, a little flakey, but seemed nice. So after getting my copy I headed straight home.

I hung out for a little bit, worked on a couple things then finally ltdan came home and we started in on RE5. I think we played till about 2am or so. Hit about Chapter 3 or so and called it a night. I definitely really enjoyed it though!! On Saturday we played from like 10 till 3 or something, then I took a nap and we resumed around 5:30pm until about 2am. Finally finished it up!! :)

I must say it's an awesome game, hit up this link for my full thoughts about the game. I made those pretty images too, which reminds me, I installed Photoshop CS4 Extended finally. I REALLY like it. It's really nice, the UI is very well done, it should have been CS3 instead though. I'll probably be getting some more copies so I can have it on all my machines. It's a really fabulous piece of software!

I shot my AR15 this morning, was a very lot of fun. I love it so much. I put some pictures up on my Flickr page, here's one or 2:


I managed to killed one of the power supplies to an external 250GB drive this weekend. I am pissed cause I don't really know what media was on the drive, so I might start or try to watch a TV show or something and it'll be one of the ones on that drive haha. Fortunately the drive isn't toast or anything, it's just I'll need to find or purchase a new AC adapter. I hate those little pinned ones, they always get bent or snap off. Grrr...

So, I just got back spending pretty much the entire afternoon outside. Kiara has dirty muddy feet and I'm a bit covered in mud too! Heheh I love it, I love this time of the year, it's probably my favorite. Nice, warm sun, cool breeze, mud, the smell of Spring, no bugs, it's beautiful :D

I installed Ubuntu on my netbook, it's very nice, although because of the screen size it was a bit hard to work in some windows, specifically the Compiz settings window. It's very nice now though that I've got Compiz and Emerald going. I love it, so cute :D

Hrmm, I guess that's it for now. I'll probably just grab a snack and watch a movie this afternoon. xoxox

Wow, been pretty busy as usual. This week has flown by which is awesome because Resident Evil 5 comes out tonight at midnight. Anyone going to midnight launch event. My new friend on Twitter is the guy who wrote the guide (I'm pretty sure it's the one under Brady Games) and he's written a bunch of other guides to, Devil May Cry, etc...he's really cool. I'm definitely going to hook up and play some Xbox games with him at some point.

Today, I actually did no work, at work. I ended up working on finding a new wallpaper for my MacBook, and also installed iLeopard and BowTie. really neat applications. I am having a bit of an issue between BowTie and Growl though. It likes to display 2 notifications per song change, a bit annoying. Hopefully it's something I can fix.

Talked to raf  this morning. Seems like he is having an awesome time in AZ which is great.

Wow, am I happy that it's the weekend. Yesterday, I didn't really do much, I think I left my room maybe a total of 5 times haha. I just sat around, played with web stuff, TeHGeekGirl.com, Photoshop, chatted with friends and watched TV shows and movies. I started watching the second season of Hani Yori Dango. I get so addicted to that stuff that I can't just watch one episode at a time haha. I am on like episode 5 now. It's so good haha. I just wish that Makino would tell Tsukasa how she really felt cause he just came out and told her how she feels. Every time they see each other though she just yells at him and stuff. I really think they should just be together as much as I love Rui, I dunno haha, its hard.

Anyways, I also finally got my hands on this erotic film that I've been trying to get ever since Violet Blue mentioned it on her (now defunct) podcast a couple years ago. I dunno why I didn't get it sooner, I guess I searched for it but came up empty handed so I just forgot about it. It's actually not as great as I thought it was. It's kind of like a little interview and then they have sex, for what reason I don't know haha. I guess it turned me on a little bit, but it was unusual.

So after that, I think I watched a couple more episodes of Hana Yori Dango. It's funny cause I am actually starting to understand some of the words and phrases. I love it. I love Japanese. I'm working on my writing right now. I love writing Japanese, it's so much fun! I've really just got to get it all down, at least hiragana. I'm up to ma, mi, mu, me, mo. So that's...like...30 characters or so. I also need to just work on basic dialog.

I've also been busy with my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), every time I type in Cisco, I type in Circa, as in Circa Survive haha. Bad habit. But this past week ltdan  and I had our first study/review session and I think I did pretty well. I love how I can actually understand most of this Cisco stuff, it amazes me. But I guess when you love something you will actually put in the time to learn it and hopefully become relatively proficient in it. Unfortunately there was a bit of a "fiasco" on Thursday where ltdan  didn't show up at all during the day, so I freaked out and every was like oh his phone is probably dead and he's busy but I was like noooooo, maybe something happened to him, so basically I was a wreck the entire day...of course, guess what it was...he was busy and his phone was out of battery. So yeah, I felt like a complete moron to say the least! So yeah, we didn't have our study/review night...cause I hadn't done my labs...and get this, he did have them done, so that made it even worse haha. I did finish my labs that were due on that night though.

So yeah that's what I've been up to. Last night ltdan and I played Horde Mode in Gears of War 2. I wrote a little blurb about it on www.WithinMorgan.com so you can check that out if you're bored or something. After that I watched a bit of Hana Yori Dango and then passed out.

Woke up this morning, a bit later then usual. Had a bit of chat with Chris and then we went our ways for the day. I headed out to the barn, Brian showed up with some warm tea which was so nice of him. He's really the greatest boyfriend hehe. Then he helped me with a few chores and then he had to go do some homework and stuff. He can never do it at my house cause we always end up fooling around LOL So he gets nothing done. I think he'll be coming over tonight though for some dinner and then back up to Burlington for him. He's so cuuute. Hehehe.

Tonight, nothing much going on. Chris and I might work some more on the hard drive I killed, which had SOME VERY IMPORTANT files on it. I did this on Friday night I believe. Most importantly it had mine, emilie 's and raf 's Warcraft characters on it. I mean I've got a backup from like November or so, but it's too old. I am really hoping Chris and I can recover it, or I am going to cry. I might play some Xbox later on, I'm starting to get a bit hungry, so I'm going to head off, make some tea and a snack and then work on a bit more Japanese, and chat with raf obviously <3

Last night ltdan  and I beat the Shanty Town level. I had one last bullet and by some miracle it finished the boss off. I always have that sort of luck with video games. I'll have like 1 bullet left, or a small sliver of life left and by some magic I end up finishing the bosses off. It's crazy. Anyways, I am VERY excited about the final/full game. I think Chris and I will be playing through that as soon as it comes out. Very happy about that.

I got about a 3rd of the way through Chapter 1 yesterday too (for CCNA). Today I'll probably get 2/3rds the way through. It's great stuff. Most of it I kind of know so it's more like review which is nice. But it's good to get refreshed.

Watched Body of Lies this morning. Pretty good movie. Scares the shit out of me though. I am so happy to not have a life in the Middle East. :(

Well, time to go study!

Yesterday was pretty fun. I watched Role Model which was hilarious, then I chatted with a few online friends. Then I started reading a new book by Robin Cook (whom I do enjoy). It's called Crisis. I made it about halfway through the prologue before falling asleep. I've got to stop reading while in bed, worst ever. Haha But it's definitely going to be a good book I think.

Woke up around 7pm and chatted with friends, before I knew it, it was 9pm and I got on LIVE with raf , ltdan  and Jenny. We played Aegis Wing and FINALLY beat it on Insane. I am so proud of us. I love these people <3 hehe

realhorrorshow I think you sent me a message on Skype. Sorry I didn't respond haha I was in the middle of gaming :\ Sounds like things getting better for you though, so YAY! :)

After we beat Aegis Wing, we played some Dead Tank or Death Tank, I can't remember. Fun little arcade game. The only thing I won, was the most money cause I didn't spend it on anything. I did win a couple rounds, but as usual the boys owned all. After that, ltdan and I got the Resident Evil 5 demo. It took us a couple minutes to figure out how to set it a private game LOL. Pretty sad for 2 people as smart as us lol. So we finally figured it out, but we only played the Shanty Town level a few times before calling it a night. Either he got chain sawed or I got chain sawed. So this morning I looked up how to beat the stupid boss. So hopefully we give it another go soon. I'm very excited for the final game :D

I slept until like 10:30 this morning, chatted with friends. Then I spent pretty much the entire afternoon outside with the horses and the dog. She loves the snow!! Now, I'm just chatting with raf and I think I might continue on in Chapter 1 of this CCNA book. It's great stuff! :)

Oh I really want to get the MSI Wind netbook. I might order one later this week...either that or the Dell Mini 9.

Hello all. Sorry about the lack of updates. I've just got so much going on, when I actually have a free second, I don't feel like writing really. I launched my new blog at, http://www.withinmorgan.com - it's going to be a bit of personal (although nothing like this) and techy I think. I dunno, just fun stuff. There's really only one article up there at the moment, but there's going to be lots more to come. raf , Jenny and I are kind of building this little blog network. It's really cool. So what else. I've been major emo because of all the winter and darkness and all. It's killing me. I am so glad spring is only a month or so away. I will be much better.

ltdan and I are just about to start studying for our CCNA. That's going to be a lot of fun. I am really excited. I love networking. It's probably one of my favorite computer subjects. I really like networking & security. So yeah!

Hrmm, so what else. Today was really nice, so I spent a bunch of time outside with Kiara. She looooves the snow, but then and again, what husky doesn't?!

Been playing a lot of Dead Space too. Just trying to finish up the game. Just started chapter 8. It's a really great game even though I get scared of just about everything. Very gross too hehe. I think once that is done, I might try to finish up some more of DiRT too. I really like that game, the other night I was driving the STi and the WRX. I looove those cars.

Today...besides playing outside, I watch Role Model and I thought it was hilarious. I recommend anyone who hasn't seen it to see it, that and Sex Drive, both hilarious movies! Tonight I am going to be playing some Aegis Wing with raf , ltdan and Jenny. I am sure it's going to be a lot of fun!

Grrr...I hate when people add me on Twitter but leave their updates protected, then I have no idea what the person is like and I don't end up adding them.

I must apologize for not commenting so much. I've been reading almost if not all of your entries. I'll definitely try to keep up with commenting though. It looks like most of you are all doing quite well, and I'm happy about that! Life's too short to be sad.

I've been rather flakey as of late though and I know. I've just been dealing with some personal issues mostly. This whole winter thing makes me depressed. It's been happening for years now though, probably since the beginning of high school. I guess I should be used to it by now, but I'm not. Every winter I just so sad and down about everything regardless of whether or not it's a happy thing or not. It's terrible and I hate it. I know I've actually read about it and I know I'm not the only one who experiences it. I know they even put some people on meds. I don't think I want to do that though. I'm not one for remedying things by drugs. But maybe I should, if it would really help me that is.

I've also been having some relationship troubles, but I believe most of that is really cleared up. I think Brian and I just rushed into the relationship without really getting to know each other. I mean, I have known him for years, but never like this. We just we like oh, I like you and you like me, let's be boyfriend/girlfriend and that was that. It's all cool now though, and we're totally happy with each other. I think going out and down to MA these past few weekends have been so good for us. We really got to just be away from things, away from people, and with each other. Plus, we got to see some really great bands, Funeral for a Friend and Every Time I Die, both bands we highly enjoy.

Speaking of music, anyone heard the new Thursday album? Amazing?! YES/YES!!! Haha I love it soooo much, it's like the only thing I was listening to on my iPod today. Also the new Lamb of God album is quite good too!

Hrmm, so I've been really busy with work too, and riding. I've got to start getting the horses in shape for this coming show season and what better time to start then now haha. I've been slowly working my way to hitting or looping in CoD4 again before my LIVE account expires. I think I am going to be relived when it does though. I can finally start to work on my other games that I've not touched. I've got games from 04 that are still in their shrink wrap lol. It sucks, I am so bad at video games. I find one that I really like and that's all I end up playing lol So I guess I'll be finishing Star Fox Adventures as one of the first ones...then we'll go from there. I'll be working on finishing games that I've started but never finished first, then I'll start games that I never touched. I am really excited haha.I'd also like to start reading more books. So I've got a lot going on hehe.

Oh, iPhone is finally available here in Vermont, not like it means a lot to me, but finally after like 2.5 years, it's available up here haha. That also means we've got AT&T up here, very cool! :) I've had my iPhone since day 1...so I guess I had my 2.5 years of being cool...

It's currently about -14F here. I am so cold. Been pretty busy with work lately. Brian came over last night. I hadn't seen him since the weekend. He's been back at college now. He says he's really been enjoying his new classes, so I am happy about that. I had really wanted to take a few classes this semester but they weren't offering them. I wanted to take Japanese I and Intro to Animal Science. I shall take them either this summer or in the fall. I also am planning to do the Japan trip in the summer if they're offering it and I am allowed too.

Alright, it's like 3-4 days after I started this entry haha I am so bad at actually sitting down to write this stuff lol. I guess I've just got to much going on at the moment so...yeah.

I've been trying to comment on people entries and stuff. I at least read them. So anyways, yeah I've just been really busy with work not only real work but also trying to secure and keep the servers and network as stable as I can. I was supposed to go NH this weekend to the shooting range. I was going to take Brian, but the weather was pretty bad so we ended up staying at home and playing outside in all the new snow. Was fun, although I had really wanted to go to the shooting range.

Not much exciting stuff is planned for this week, just working and horses as usual. I am totally okay with that though. I know it's going to get hectic though, which again, I am fine with. I like to keep busy, much better then being bored.

I really wished I could have taken some classes this semester, but like I said above they're not offering them this time around, so I'll likely have to wait until the fall.

Today I was going to work at home, but I ended up coming into the office. I've got some paper work and invoicing that needs to get done....I would like to get paid, ya know :)

Things have been a bit crazy with me lately. Had some crazy stuff happen (mostly drama on the Internets) last week, Monday I think. Apparently some people think it's cool to talk about you behind your back. I thought it was kind of funny but also really lame at the same time. I dunno, I guess I just feel sad for those people, they've got nothing better to do then talk about me for hours. Haha, so silly. Regardless, I am definitely not friends with these people anymore. I wasn't even really mad about the whole thing either.

So yeah, then after dealing with that, I've been having some boy troubles, but I think they've been resolved. I don't really know what happened, Brian just seemed to be distancing himself from me, didn't return phone calls or anything. but we had a really long talk, figured some things out and yeah, we're all good now. I think he might be coming over this afternoon, so I am looking forward to that. We've still got to plan that trip to Montreal. I guess we've both just been so busy it hasn't happened. I was kind of thinking about pushing it back until maybe the late Spring so we could go to the gardens too. They're so pretty.

Been playing a bunch of Call of Duty 4. I am now prestige level 2, level 30. I am totally digging this game. Played a bunch with Andrew and Chris last night. Of course raf crapped out. Lame. Oh well. I am hoping Chris and I can run through GoW2 on Insane sometime in the near future.

Today, not much going on, it's Caturday after all, so most likely I'll be on Xbox and just watching movies.

Today I played a massive amount of Call of Duty 4. raf played with me.  realhorrorshow joined too! We all had a ton of fun. At one point it was 4 on 1, it was a bit silly. We definitely had a bunch of good rounds. I went 41 and 14 at one point. I definitely had a good day!

In the morning I got the VMWare version of Scribbld (also known as DramaJournal) booted up. I would eventually like to open a real DramaJournal, although I think it would be the development version of Scribbld, but it would still be live. So I got some of those LJ only layouts working. It wasn't as much as I thought it would be. Basically you just snag the CSS file and the images associated with the theme, drop them in the right folders and then you're good to go.

Chatted a bit with Andrew today, I guess things are going well. It does feel a bit awkward but I guess things will work themselves out.

I told Raf about my dream, was a bit odd haha. I love having weird dreams like that though. Dreaming is so much fun.

Tonight Brian is coming over, actually he should be here any minute. We're just going to have dinner, watch movies and snuggle. Sounds like a good night to me :)!

Back to work next week. I think it'll be nice though. As much as I enjoying playing 12 hours of COD4 a day, I think I could do with a little bit of work.

I hope everyone had a really nice Christmas, I sure did!! Brian got me some jewelry and some band related things (a couple albums, and an AFI hoody which I looooove). I got him a hoody too and some gift certificates to various places. Of course we've got our trip to Montreal too, which I actually still need to plan ahaha.

The best present that I got was this COG tag from raf He said there was only 100 ever made AND not only that BUT, he got Cliffy B to sign mine!! AND it says 'kill em all!' on it...which is pretty much what I say every time we play GoW or COD haha, it's THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER....can you say that's what makes BFFs!? I can...I love him!!!

So yaaah, I chatted with Raf a bit this morning and a couple other people. Had a bit of drama with the YATS people, cause someone didn't bother to read what I said...so yeaaaaah. But we got it all sorted out...it actually looks like they're going to be closing, which kind of sucks cause I spent a bunch of time fixing their code and adding all those mods into the forums, but whatever :) It happens.

This afternoon we spent time at both of our parents houses (together of course). Definitely had a lot of fun, we're home now. Watching some anime...I really want to start Death Note soon, we're actually watching My Neighbor Totoro right now. I love this movie, it's so cute :D I have my little plushie Totoro <3333

OMG, I got Brian to watch this Disney/Nickeleon, kid film last night. ltdan  thought it wouldn't happen haha but I got him to watch it. A couple of the girls were cute, the boys were haha. Then we watched The Dark Knight, which we both love. Speaking of Lt. He's on a plane right now (or so I assume) headed to Germany for this hacking conference or something. He's going to have so much fun, I truly love him too! <3 He's a really great guy!

Alright, well, I've not got to much to say. Last night I played COD4 with ltdan  and raf  and we had a good time. Today I just spent chatting with LtDan and we worked on the wiki some. We actually got a lot of stuff done so that was really nice.

Not much is going on today. Brian is coming over in a little, I'm just getting ready now. We're going to hit up the barn and then head out to my parents for some dinner. Should be good. Then I think we'll come home here (since he doesn't have classes tomorrow) and we'll watch some movies and snuggle ;)

 Been really busy lately. But definitely been having a lot of fun! Thursday I had a consulting appoint which lasted 4-5 hours as I thought it would. Just had to setup a new server and migrate the data from the old server to the new one. Really simple stuff, but I love doing it. Then Brian and I went out to lunch at this cute little place in town. Had some chicken, it was amazing. Then we pretty much just hung out for the afternoon. We played some more Mario Kart...and I got my butt whipped. I did beat him once or twice though haha.

Then we went to dinner at his parents house. They love me, I love them....although I've pretty much known them forever, but I wasn't dating their son haha. Either way, they're awesome. They seem to be really happy about us and called us a cute couple haha. <3 They made chicken parm for dinner and it was sooooo good, much better then anything I could cook lol. We had some nice pie for dessert too, it was chocolate something, wicked yum.

Then Brian and I watched a movie there and then came back to my house...I ended up playing a little bit of computer, Brian went and played some more of the Biohazard 5 demo, he's more addicted to it then me...which I find to be a bit funny. Then we went to bed around 12:30am or so.

Today is miserable outside, tons of snow, but its also like raining/sleeting. So it's kind of yucky. Definitely a stay inside and snuggle up and watch movies kind of day. I chatted a bit with ltdan  and raf  this morning although their both at lunch this morning. Brian had to work today, so he's off doing that.

I got a bit of work done this morning. jimmy  and I upgraded on the blogs on the network to the new and wonderful WordPress 2.7 software. I really like it. The new admin interface is wonderfully redone. I also started a wiki for all the network operations on the network, so I think LtDan and I will really be taking advantage of it. Finally a central place to document all of our changes and things.

I think I might make some lunch now, getting a bit hungry :) Tonight I've got a party at a friends house, I think we shall go so long as the roads aren't complete ass. I might end up spending the night there, depends on if I drink or not, I will likely not though. Just going to go, meet up with some friends, since everyone is back from college for the most of it for winter break. It'll be good times.

One of the reasons I broke up with my previous boyfriend was because we were always too busy for each other and we could never really get any "us" time. So now of course, it's happening all over again with me and Brian, and it's totally my fault. We'll come home, eat, and I'll plant myself in front of the computer until it's pretty much time to go to bed. He goes off and plays Xbox generally, although the other night he went out and played with Kiara which I thought was the cutest thing, I'll post some pics later, but I felt like such an ass.

From now on, I'm getting off the computer no later then 8pm. It's all I do and it needs to stop, I really enjoy chatting with my online friends, but I think I owe it to this amazing boy to spend more time with him. We both have classes and work, so it's important that we spend more time when we're not doing so, and me sitting around posting aimlessly on FaceBook and AP doesn't really help our relationship.

Last night he told me he was going to take me to dinner at any place of MY choice in either Montreal or Boston. Umm, yeah, best boyfriend ever? It'll be like a Christmas present to each other. I think we'll stay over night too, where ever we choose to go. I've not been to Montreal in god knows how long, but I really love Boston and I know a few good places there. A few friends have suggested a couple places in Boston, but I'm definitely looking for more suggestions, so let me know peepz!

Last night I played some Call of Duty 4 with a good friend, we definitely kicked some ass, but had it handed to us on a few rounds haha Definitely had a good time though. Brian ended up finishing stage one of the Biohazard demo...I haven't yet haha He's working on the second one, I tried playing it and I think I actually got to the end, but my head got chopped off by the boss. He couldn't stop laughing, HA HA...not so funny lol.

Today it was like 60F degrees, but believe it or not, it's snowing like crazy now. This place is all messed up weather-wise. Tonight Brian's coming to help me with barn chores and then I think we're just going to go relax at my house, watch a movie or something...Matty would be proud of me, we actually rented something from iTunes the other night haha Of course I'll go get myself a copy of it....

 Wow, it's been an amazingly busy weekend and stuff! I wish I had more time to write!! I don't really remember what happened Saturday, just hanging with Brian, Call of Duty and computer stuff. Sunday, Brian had stuff to do, so I hung out by myself for most of the day. Got a bunch of things done though. I played the Biohazard 5 demo, which is AMAZING. It definitely doesn't feel like Resident Evil though, I guess I am used to how Resident Evil 1, 2, CV, & Outbreak play. It definitely feels like a different game, it looks amazing though, I really enjoy it. I keep getting killed though. Brian really likes it too, I finally have a boyfriend who enjoys video games like I do, it's amazing. Actually, he's probably better at them then me haha.

So Sunday night, not much happened...well, I lie. I played COD4 with ltdan  and raf  and it was amazing! We had so much fun, I love playing with those guys! We all did really well. Then I spent some time on AP, and posted a bunch, chatted with friends. Raf is totally dating this chicka Jenny (who I think is amazing). It's so cute, I love it. I am so happy for him and them :D It's quite fabulous.

Umm...I got some stuff done on YouAreTheScene today, felt good. New moderated chatbox, although it's kind of ugly. Whatever...

Brian asked me to go to this dance his college is putting on, obviously I said yes, I know he doesn't wanna go, but he's going cause it'll be fun and I'm going to go too lol. It'll be cute, he's so cute hehe...

Man, I just got pwnt by the mail servers, if it's not one thing it's another around here...just spent like 3 hours trying to fix em, I think we've finally got it all locked down...I've just got to watch Percheron like a hawk...thank you LtDan <3

So yeah all that time, Brian's been playing the Biohazard 5 demo...he said he's going to beat it before I do. I actually think he was able to clear the first stage but he's having some trouble (at least it sounds like he is, or he's swearing at invisible people in there)...hehe. He's so adorable and funny.

In any event, there's a little bit more drama going on, but fortunately for me, it's not really my story nor am I involved haha Hehehe. Umm so yeah, I'm off now, I think we're going to watch a movie or something...

As mentioned in my previous post I got the new Fall Out Boy, it's okay. Not the best, I think I like Infinity on High more. I've also got a buncha new albums, Stay - Hustle EP which is amazing. I also got all of the Darkest Hour albums and I'm in love with them all, I've seen them live once and it was AMAZING.
