Frisco Blues (Titans)
It started as any other morning in San Francisco. The sun came up in the East and people climbed from the beds to start their day.

The Titans in Titans Tower were starting their day. Their new sister team from the East were visiting for a meeting to discuss the current situation. While they were inside making plans, the waters of the Pacific started to churn. Waves kicked up and dark clouds blocked out the light of the sun.

The water quickly pulled back from the shore and things were calm for the briefest of moments. Then a huge tsunami crashed ashore and water flooded the lower half of the city.

	Steve and Trigon had reached a mutual agreement. The contract was signed, and Trigon took possession of Steve's body. And then they appeared on the field of battle, as one. Steve's four eyes glowed red and locked on to each of the Black Lanterns, picking out the greatest threat against the Titans. "You were wise to make this deal, my grandson." Ty's voice barely sounds like Ty - someone else is halfway in residence. Those few who might know him can see sparks of William Hand to him, including the withered, blackened hand with black, yellow and violet rings adorning the fingers.

He grins wickedly, then gestures towards the Titans home.

"Titans Tower... RISE!" he calls, as their island home begins to shake on its foundations under the influence of psychic and ring-based telekinesis.

	"Stay your hand, boy." Dark tentacles rose from the water, and a kraken manifested from Steve's powers. It latched on to the Titans Tower to hold it in place. The mysterious green glow usually accompanied by Steve's manifestations was replaced with red. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Ty might be in there somewhere, Jarrod says telepathically, but that’s not our Cait at all and they are all giving me really bad vibes this whole thing is. The Scarab was still kind of screaming, offering her options that would probably have incinerated half of San Fransisco and one that had "theological implications." Oh yes, he recognizes that. Powerful... but a creature of intense passions, raw power. So much he could take to make the darkness stronger.

Suddenly he's moving in a super speed blur.

"Going to show me the Terror of Trigon? I can feel this city's fear, taste it... let's see yours, then I'll have your host's heart."

Good: Pippi's hairpiece is working overtime - and in the process, making her more powerful than she's ever been.

Pets remarkably swim to the perfect spot to be safe, baby buggies turn out to miraculously float without taking on water so their resident don't drown. Pieces of floating debris just happen to float into reach of flailing people. Doors are somehow more waterproofed than they should be, thousands of coincidences happening at once so that no one in a ten block radius of her gets accidentally hurt.

The animals around her that can swim suddenly all have 'rescue dog' training, as hordes of rats rescue children, feral cats and squirrels lead people to higher ground through the chaos, and dogs swim out to snag people.

Everyone she touches heals instantly, wounds fading in a blink, revitalization going through the almost dead.

The downside?

She's positively radiating:
(COMPASSION! COMPASSION! COMPASSION!)
