Maria had heard about the battle on the island of Atlantis and heard Superboy had been hurt. News traveled rather quickly in the cape community, not to mention Terry was a member of the YJLA. Maria had to admit that she was a little worried. For Jon because he was hurt and the fact that something had seriously hurt him in the first place.

Still he was one of the few friends Maria had in this crazy world and she would pay him a visit to make sure he was going to be okay. Maybe to get him to smile too. The boy definitely needed to smile more.

She made a stop or two before going to visit him.

	Jon is resting, as he has been since getting back. Atlantean healing helped, and now he's been set up with several sun lamps, making the room quite warm, to help speed recovery. Still, the attacks were clearly magic, upon analysis, which can have definite effects on Kryptonians, so they're being careful. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Alina selects Jon's number on her phone and hits 'call', flopping backward onto her bed. If he's not up for talking to anyone yet, she can leave a message. Plus, calling? 	Lois would show up separately from her daughter and a bit later in the day so that Jon's friends would have opportunity to visit him. It wasn't an easy thing for Lois to see her son injured. It was too much like too recent events. "How are you feeling?" (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Maria returned at the end of the day with a few DVDs, some magazines (including at least one girly magazine hidden among the others), and a Nook filled with some Classics and contemporary authors alike. She also came bearing food which was a carnivore special pizza. She peeked inside the door to see if he was awake or not. (Reply to this)(Thread)
