Fears and deeper thoughts (Harry)
Jess wasn't one to share what she really thought about things. She just kept a brave and stubborn face because she thought if she pushed herself long and hard enough that it would all become true. Of course that still didn't change her waking up freaked out in the middle of the night from a nightmare.

She stumbled in the dark to the kitchen intending on getting a drink to calm her nerves. But as she was getting the juice the worst thing happened.

Big. Hairy. Spider.

She squeaked and dropped both the juice and the cup scrambling backwards.

Oh for crying out loud. It's just a spider. That she can't let near her. It's obviously evil.

"Jess...you don't have to do that you know. None of us would be upset, I know I'm not." There's a reassuring smile that tells her that he really doesn't mind at all. He's spent a good chunk of his life listening to other people's problems, friends, family, even when he didn't really feel like he should. But he did realize through all that that bottling things up wasn't good for anyone, and he certainly didn't want her to do that. Not when he was willing to listen.

	Harry goes quiet, quieter than he already was, for a bit. He can't say anything about changes the entities have done to anyone, he's got it easy, and there's nothing he can say that will come across well given that fact. 	"I'm sorry Jess," he says quietly. He's not sure why he's apologizing, but he just feels like he should. She's lost a lot and has been holding it in for a long time it seems, so he holds her a little closer. He doesn't want her to think she's alone in all this. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The innuendo goes right over his head at the moment, maybe another time he would have got it, he just didn't expect it now.

He sits there awkwardly wondering if he had managed to make the moment that way by blushing alone. He'd been doing so well about avoiding that too! Maybe if he said something to make her feel better...

"Um...well if it helps, you look good green Jess." He really means it in absolutely the best way, she really does look good green to him. Of course he hadn't known her before the whole thing but still, if someone could pull off green it should be complimented right?

	She had felt the need to tease him. Just to try and get rid of some of the tension she feels. She thought he might have chuckled too. She guesses that he didn't get the joke. He blinks a little as it occurs to him that she seems to think he was only saying it to be nice. "Oh! No, I meant it. Really. I'm not just saying it." He rubs the back of his head and cringes a little thinking he managed to screw this up quite quickly. Great, if only he could be less awkward. "I'm sorry if I...I'm sorry!" Perhaps she took it badly? Wonderful, this was going downhill fast from his point of view. Well there goes that attempt at not making it more awkward.
