Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It
The spaceship approached Knowhere Station at an alarming speed. Ships usually decelerated before trying to enter one of the hangar bays, but this one didn't show any signs of slowing down. Alarms went off all over the station as the ship drew closer. Fighters launched to intercept the incoming ship.

The pilot of the small craft had the sense to contact the command center in the station when she saw the ships moving to intercept. The fighters backed off and the incoming ship slowed a little. It wasn't enough and the ship crossed the forcefield barrier to the one hangar bay. The ship's landing gear touched the deck, but the ship kept moving. It skidded across the bay and came to a halt after hitting the far wall.

The new Star-Lord, however much he didn't care for the title, was on the scene. He had a really bad feeling about this. The kind of bad feeling he only got after one of his precog spells had kicked in and was unfolding before him.

He gave word for the hangar to be locked down once his team was inside. He held a sidearm in one hand as he approached, holding a ready signal with his free hand. "So much for a day off..." He mutters, before raising his voice. "This is Alex Quill of Knowhere Station speaking. Shut down your systems and exit the craft. If you are in need of medical attention, signal it now."

Azura had been on one of he catwalks over the hangar bay when the alarms went off. An attack? When one didn't come right away, she waited to see what was happening. The ship came into the bay and collided with the back wall.

Azura was curious. Pulling a blaster from its holster she jumped off the catwalk.

She landed on her feet next to the ship ready to deal with whatever came out of it.

He's not quite sure why he was drawn here, but his dreams showed him this station and its coordinates quite clearly - for his visions, at least. In those visions, his girlfriend was present as well - so he assumed she had some role to play.

He can't imagine being carried through a warp gate was pleasant at all, protective space suit or not, but he doesn't have a ship for Eliza.

She hadn't complained. When he asked her to go with him she knew what her answer would be. She loved him and hadn't wanted him out of her sight for this long again.

So she had said her good byes. Maybe not as well as she could have. Her teachers had been surprised to see her leave school. She had been a bright if soft spoken student.

But she knew what she had wanted.

	Azura's ship was small, but big enough to carry the assembled team, was it a team, to go find her father. The ship was a little cramped, but it would get them there. Hopefully. Abel had done a rush job on the stabilizer, but Azura had faith in her brother's abilities. She put the ship on auto-pilot and went to check on the others. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Eliza glanced at one of the monitors. Then at the assembled group. Her expression is very thoughtful and she tosses some of her red hair back away from her face. "This doesn't look right. 	Alex's skin abruptly turns green and he seems eerily calm. "This one advises all to keep their mouths shut, lest their bodies give birth to new disasters."
