Jess wasn't one to share what she really thought about things. She just kept a brave and stubborn face because she thought if she pushed herself long and hard enough that it would all become true. Of course that still didn't change her waking up freaked out in the middle of the night from a nightmare.

She stumbled in the dark to the kitchen intending on getting a drink to calm her nerves. But as she was getting the juice the worst thing happened.

Big. Hairy. Spider.

She squeaked and dropped both the juice and the cup scrambling backwards.

Oh for crying out loud. It's just a spider. That she can't let near her. It's obviously evil.

	It also means her need to wear as few layers as she can get away with to bed won't leave her freezing here. She flashes him a big grin as she allows herself to stretch her arms high above her head. 	"I.... hide what I'm really feelin' most of the time. Don't wanna upset anyone," she says with a shrug. She's not used to opening up about her feelings at all. Her Dad had treated her like a boy growing up. Which meant that she was expected to take care of things emotionally on her own. Her Mom hadn't really helped wanting Jess to feel self-sufficant. "Jess...you don't have to do that you know. None of us would be upset, I know I'm not." There's a reassuring smile that tells her that he really doesn't mind at all. He's spent a good chunk of his life listening to other people's problems, friends, family, even when he didn't really feel like he should. But he did realize through all that that bottling things up wasn't good for anyone, and he certainly didn't want her to do that. Not when he was willing to listen.

"I've been green longer than Heather has been all... you know. Crystaline. I've been good at covering up how it makes me feel. Everyone thinks I'm okay. and.... I would be if it was just my hair. But it's everything. I don't recognize myself most of the time. I don't feel like me. It's like being stuck in a body suit."

	Harry goes quiet, quieter than he already was, for a bit. He can't say anything about changes the entities have done to anyone, he's got it easy, and there's nothing he can say that will come across well given that fact. The innuendo goes right over his head at the moment, maybe another time he would have got it, he just didn't expect it now.

He sits there awkwardly wondering if he had managed to make the moment that way by blushing alone. He'd been doing so well about avoiding that too! Maybe if he said something to make her feel better...

"Um...well if it helps, you look good green Jess." He really means it in absolutely the best way, she really does look good green to him. Of course he hadn't known her before the whole thing but still, if someone could pull off green it should be complimented right?

	She had felt the need to tease him. Just to try and get rid of some of the tension she feels. She thought he might have chuckled too. She guesses that he didn't get the joke.
