Regrouping and making battle plans
The timely save by the Anti-Registration forces brought the Exiles to the group's secret headquarters. The rescued heroes were brought back and offered medical aid, food and a chance to rest away from the pro-registration forces. The Exiles explained who they were and what their mission was and were invited to stay for as long as they wanted.

A few hours later more rescued heroes were brought back and this time it was the six Avengers. They entered the secret underground base and escorted to the area where they could get cleaned up and get medical treatment for their wounds. They would get the chance to meet everyone when they were done and came out to the main area with everyone else.

Sarah is taking it easy as best she can. After finding out where they were, and what was going on, her first urge was to try and take over - fill her father's shoes as best she could.
This is a life she knows. Fighting a guerilla war against powered forces and a corrupt government on shoestring supplies with nothing but ideals. She understands, and she can get behind it. That's not the struggle.

The struggle, for Sarah, is reminding herself that she's not here to lead these people. She's not here to stand up for ideals and freedom. She can't be. She's going to move on when a job is done, and she can't let anyone, save perhaps her own little ragtag band, come to rely on her.

She keeps her weapons hidden away. Those who saw them talked with her some - and it was agreed, they're too potent of symbols. They have too much meaning in this time and this fight. Until they're needed, she's not even sharing her full name. She's just Crusader, another unregistered mutant - and a wounded one at that. Whoever Sentry is, she knows she's going to have to fight him again. The Tallus agrees - which means of what she does know, her focus right now has to be just on getting better and getting rested - two things she's never been good at.

	Kev helped what medical personnel were there in looking after Sarah, muttering a little neurotically. When asked if he was a mutant, too, he just said "I used to be." They took this as more reasonable than most of Kev's explanations tended to come across as. (Reply to this)(Parent)

Svalin didn't need to rest or recover from her wounds. She had been banged up a bit, but it wasn't anything serious. Despite having a few tons of rubble fall on her.

She did manage to take a few moments to clean up. Otherwise Vernique would fret about the dirt and grime. After she wiped most of the dirt off of her face and arms, she went back out into the main area. She wanted a better idea of what was going on and how Kang was involved.

"Sarah?" Svalin asked when she saw the familiar face.

	The Widow was busy trying to repair her armor. Thankfully years spent working for Tony had given her a better understanding of the suit's systems, but it was still a slow process. 	Dane lets Lester rest and goes to check on Widow. He doesn't really know her, but she seemed to handle herself well out there.
