(Not) Just a Normal Day At Avengers' Mansion
Svalin and Tryggvi just landed on the small lawn in the back of the Avengers Mansion. Svalin had been getting antsy and decided to take Tryggvi out for a flight around New York. They were both feeling too confined. At least at the Defenders compound there was room to move around and a nice ocean breeze. There were too many tall buildings in New York and they were all too close.

Svalin dismounted and immediately removed the saddle. She let it fall on the ground and then removed the bridle. She smiled and lightly rubbed Tryggvi's nose before placing a kiss on his forehead. "Thank you, my friend. 'Twas a most enjoyable flight."

	Kang's shield did more than drain, it redirected. The blasts come flying back at Iason, slightly out of frequency. The robots activate thermal shields that chill the air around them, dissipating the heat blasts. This is a surgical strike, with countermeasures seemingly ready for each Avenger. 	Unfortunately, the command the robots are issued includes the retired man in the Mercedes driving up to the gates of his Mansion to do just a little more paperwork. A blast almost removes his front driver's side tire. "Son of a -" Oh. Kang. Shit. Tony ducks under the dash and Iron Man emerges. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	One of the robots flips their head back, the barrel of a weapon extending from it's jaw. A sonic pulse is released, designed to accelerate heartbeats. A dangerous affliction for any human, but particularly so if you'd ever been torn into by shrapnel in that body region. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	It's not the first time Kang has tried that trick. Hand repulsors fire a stream of counter frequencies. It's just there to slow them down. "Kang is after something else!" He calls out. "This is some kind of diversion!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
