The Big Finale!
The brides were clad in white and lined up in front of the altar. A semi-circle of priests stood behind the brides and were chanting. The magic in the air became more powerful as the priests chanted. A small circle appeared in the air before the brides and started to get bigger.

Standing behind the priests was a large group of deviants. They were witnessing the rebirth of their god into the mortal realm. It was an honor and privilege to be witness to this historic moment.

	The priests and the deviants realized their god has been defeated and began to flee. The brides begin to wake up from their trances and the heroes are allowed a chance to rest, bind their wounds and go home. (Reply to this)(Thread)

Jordan feels like complete garbage after his fight with Grekk. On one hand, his invulnerability held, he's still able to move and not going to bleed out. On the other hand, he feels like a chump, barely able to have laid a finger on the guy and lucky they retreated when they did. His skin also has weird cracks in it - they'll heal, but the force it took to do that alone was a sign of how bad this could have been.
Still, there's confused and hurt people here. "Mel, try and help mitigate the confusion here and keep people calm." he calls before heading towards the brides, putting on a brave face and trying not to limp.
"Hello ladies. So I know 'I'm with the government and I'm here to help you' is one of the greatest oxymorons ever, but in my case, its the Canadian government, so you can believe me."

	Alex was bleeding from a claw and from the underside and once the monster fled, he let himself dissolve into a puddle of clear goo. He still hurt, but he wasn't bleeding anymore. He reformed into chimp form and went over to Marrina. //Marrina? Will you be okay?// (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	After being reassured that Moira was all right, Danielle was sniffing around to see if anyone was badly wounded somewhere inaccessible, so she could tell Lucas. She noticed the...chimpanzee and the ...Atlantean?... and tried to look enough to assess their injuries, though she could hardly do much about them without hands. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
